There is a playground, sandbox with toys for younger children in the area of Villa Gracia; we provide a small pool for children upon request. Spa-jacuzzi is located in the garden of the villa. There are a number of lawn chairs to provide a maximal comfort for sunbathing. Free wifi is in offered in the all area of apartments. Parking just next to the apartments is included in the price - for each apartment is available parking of one car. In case of more necessity of more parking places there is an opportunity to park the second car next to entrance of the Patince area. The building is guarded by a camera system. Apartments are newly built and are located in the area of spa Patince, just about 200 meters from the wellness center. The building is divided into four separate apartments. Each of the apartments has two double bedrooms, lounge / possible 2 extra beds / equipped with kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and provides the opportunity to prepare your own meals. In the living room there is a sofa, satellite, TV and air conditioning, which will provide maximum comfort in summer months. In one of the rooms there is a double bed; two single beds are situated in the other room of the apartment. Health mattresses in both bedrooms will ensure your great sleep during your vacation. We are also able to provide cribs, baby bath and potty, if necessary. There is a toilet, shower and a possibility of increasing comfort with under floor heating. On each terrace there is a fireplace used for summer grilling and is also available with a tripod skillet and spoon for each apartment.
