Guillermin, as far as we know, there is no direct flight from Dublin to Piestany. From Dublin you have only flights to Bratislava and Kosice: http://www.look4cheapflights.com/search/#IE-DUBLIN–SK– Piestany airport is very small one.

Dear Gerry,
There are more possibilities to get to Brezno.
1. You can fly to London and than to Kosice from London – Luton with SkyEurope (http://skyeurope.com/). From Kosice you can take a bus or train.
2. There is a flight from Belfast to Prague with Lufthansa (http://www.lufthansa.com/online/portal/LH_COM). From Prague you can or fly to Kosice with SkyEurope and again by train or bus, or take a train or bus from Prague to Brezno.
The first option is much cheaper, especially when you buy a ticket a few weeks/months in advance, as SkyEurope is a low cost airline. You can buy a ticket from London to Kosice for 100 Euros, sometimes even less. On the other hand, Lufthansa is more comfortable and offers better services.
Enjoy your trip to Slovakia:-)
Best regards,

Slovakia is small, you barely have flights inside the country, you don’t need them.
